How does pricing work?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. Subscribers pay either monthly or annually for the number of drivers for which they are planning within a day, week or month. For example if a business delivers prepared food and uses 10 drivers to get the deliveries done, they would subscribe for 10 drivers. When their business expands in 4 months and they hire two more drivers, they would be able to easily and instantly upgrade to 12 drivers at that time.
What is an Order?
Order is a specific unique action - a task, delivery or pickup at a certain location. Each subscription has a limit (250/500/750+) on how many orders can be planned at one point in time. Daily or monthly order volume are not limited.
Do you have any setup fees?
Absolutely not. You pay month to month for every plan and there’s no contract, no setup fees, and no hidden gimmicks.
Do you offer annual plans?
If you pay for a full year upfront (optional) you will be eligible for a 10% discount.
Which plan is right for me?
We recommend our Enterprise plan to everyone. Plan 750+ orders at once. Use the Live Tracking to see where you drivers are at any time and take advantage of Analytics to identify high performers and room for improvement.
Can I try OptimoRoute™ for free before making a purchase?
Yes, you can try OptimoRoute™ for free for 30 days before you purchase a plan. That way you can get familiar with our software before you proceed with purchasing.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
There’s no contract with the monthly packages – you just pay as you go, and you can cancel at any time without penalty.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal. For annual plans we also accept wire transfers.
I have 5 drivers and make 120 deliveries per day. How much would I pay?
